What is Moling?

Moling is a trenchless method used to lay utility pipes. During the moling process, two service holes are dug at the start and end of the desired path, then a pneumatically-driven machine known as a mole forces its way through the soil along the desired path thus avoiding the need to dig a trench.

This method is particularly popular in the domestic market due to its unobtrusive nature, as it avoids the need to dig up driveways or front gardens.
